Human Rights Code
The Ontario Human Rights Commission administers the ‘Human Rights Code’ and is responsible for making sure that the code is respected. Protecting human rights are every one’s responsibility. We all have an obligation to respect each other’s human rights and to speak out against discrimination and harassment for ourselves and for others.

Immigrant Access Fund (IAF)
Immigrant Access Fund (IAE)
A loan of up to $5,000 is available to help the newcomers re-enter your profession or trade. The loan may be used for:
- Short term training, including tuition fees with a recognized post-secondary institution, and on-line courses.
- Exam fees with a professional governing association
- Travel expenses to sit an exam
- Qualification assessments
- Professional association fees
- Books and course materials
- Living allowance during study time
- Other related expenses that will help you complete your accreditation, training or upgrading programme.
